-¿Cuándo se planteó entrar a formar parte de este programa? ¿Contactó con usted la Generalitat?

-En realidad fue mi oncóloga del Hospital Germans Trias i Pujol quien contactó con un equipo de médicos que estaban impulsando el proyecto y me lo propusieron.

-¿Se lo pensó?

-En absoluto. Estaba tan mal que pensé que nada podía empeorar mi estado y dije que sí de inmediato. -¿Cuándo se lo administraba?

-Pues, habitualmente después de una comida o antes de ir a dormir. El efecto no se hacía esperar.

-¿Por qué cree que se ha generado tanta polémica respecto al uso terapéutico del cannabis?

-Sinceramente, no lo entiendo, porque la morfina es una droga mucho más dura y no está tan estigmatizada. Creo que también hay mucha falta de información. La gente no lee la letra pequeña. No se trata de que la gente fume porros sino de que, bajo estricta prescripción médica, esta sustancia pueda administrarse a determinados pacientes para mejorar su calidad de vida.

-Entonces, ¿recomienda la experiencia?

-Sin duda. De hecho, mi mujer ya se lo ha recomendado a una amiga que está pasando por lo mismo.

-¿A qué se dedicaba antes de diagnosticarle la enfermedad?
